Carl H. Green

Carl is a full-time mediator with TAMS, splitting his time between El Paso and Utah. After earning his JD with Honors at the University of Texas at Austin School of Law in 1976, Carl served as a Briefing Attorney on the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals under the Honorable Wendell A. Odom for a year before moving to El Paso and joining Mounce, Green, Myers, Safi, Paxson & Galatzan, P.C.  At Mounce Green Myers, he honed his skills as a trial lawyer, focusing on Commercial Litigation, Personal Injury, and Labor & Employment, representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants, until early 2024 when he officially retired from the firm to dedicate his time to mediations. 

Carl is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Trial Law and has been voted a Texas Super Lawyer every year since 2003.  He has been selected as a Top 50 Super Lawyer for the Central and West Texas regions.  He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and an Advocate of ABOTA.  Carl has served on committees for the State Bar of Texas and The Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce, has served on the Board of Directors of the Lee & Beulah Moor Children’s Home since 1987, and was selected as an Outstanding Alumnus at the University of Texas at El Paso, receiving the Gold Nugget Award in 1999.
